Fun facts, ReMi is originally from Los Angeles, California, and Emily is a veteran of the US Air Force. Now, they work together and live on the same street.

Sam was born and raised in Virginia Beach and loves spending any free time near the ocean. She moved to Blacksburg, Virginia and graduated from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!) with a business degree. Sam has lived in Richmond for the past 9 years with her husband, Josh and their two daughters (Sawyer and Parker). She is very excited to join the River City Lending Team and help friends and family with their homeownership goals.

Carter is a Richmond Native and Virginia Tech Hokie!  She has spent the last 13 years in various roles of the financial industry.  Carter enjoys coaching first time homebuyers and empowering them throughout the experience. Not only does she excel in top level service, she is the mastermind behind social media content!  Carter and her husband, Spencer, reside in Chesterfield where they are raising their three children, Davis, Lawson and Reese, and dog, Onyx!

Collin was born and raised in Richmond where he attended Freeman High School then VCU, where he met his fiance, Megan. Together they are raising their dog Willow. He has been in the mortgage industry since 2016 and loves helping borrowers navigate the intricacies of the mortgage process so they can realize their financial goals. Collin enjoys spending his free time outdoors either playing golf, fishing, or hunting.

Jadia was born in Maine and raised in Henrico County and loves spending time fishing and boating on the river with her family. After a decade in the healthcare field, she is excited to join the River City Lending Team and help friends and family with their homeownership goals. Jadia graduated with a Health Science and Biology Degree from James Madison University (Go Dukes!). She currently resides in Chesterfield with her husband Andy and their three children, Camden, Quinn, and Beck.

Miranda Rainaldi

Miranda joined The River City Lending Team in 2021 as a Loan Processor.  She enjoys helping borrowers to navigate the home financing process with ease. She was born in Wichita, KS, but raised in Chesterfield where she attended L.C. Bird High School and graduated from Longwood University with a Business Degree. She lives in Midlothian with her husband of 15 years, Joe, and their two children, Caleb and Ella. When she is not working, she can be found doing a variety of things:  traveling, spending time with family, taking pictures, crafting, cheering on her daughter in competitive gymnastics or watching tv and movies.
