Mary resides in Chesterfield with her husband Jeff. She has three grown children, Emily, Andy, and Keegan, along with six grandchildren!
Sam was born and raised in Virginia Beach and loves spending any free time near the ocean. She moved to Blacksburg, Virginia and graduated from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!) with a business degree. Sam has lived in Richmond for the past 9 years with her husband, Josh and their two daughters (Sawyer and Parker). She is very excited to join the River City Lending Team and help friends and family with their homeownership goals.
Collin was born and raised in Richmond where he attended Freeman High School then VCU, where he met his wife, Megan. Together they are raising their dog Willow. He has been in the mortgage industry since 2016 and loves helping borrowers navigate the intricacies of the mortgage process so they can realize their financial goals. Collin enjoys spending his free time outdoors either playing golf, fishing, or hunting.
After years nearly 8 years on the marketing and business development side of lending and host of the Lending Forward Podcast, Taylor made the jump to become a mortgage banker. Her passion for education through social media, videos and helping families become homeowners was the path that truly continues to spark the fire in her.
Taylor is licensed and helping clients in Virginia and North Carolina. Not only does she create tons of content for her clients and agents but she’s also a loving wife, mom of two (three if you include her dog, Boone) and prides herself on being the best role model she can be.
